Italian Heritage
From Italian Heritage, the Donola family is immersed in tradition, attention to detail Ian’s a ppreciation for the arts, music and fashion _A passion that Isabelle Donola was exposed from her early childhood in Brazil. Her preceptor, Maria Donola has the first atelier in 1940. The later Maria Antonietta, married to Anesio Donola, the youngest brother of Maria Donola, and both continued the family tradition of passing on the craft to Isabelle Donola, the later, stablished her first Atelier in New York in 2004.
Isabelle Donola learned how to sew at the age of 3YO and was exposed to unique techniques passed from tradition throughout the Donola family. She was raised in the midst of fabrics, threads with an obsession for perfection that runs through the blood of the DONOLA family since the early ages in the courts of the Venice Monarchy.
